A tool that allows managers to get control online over tasks that are required by them, reports on current activities of individual employees, and most importantly, managerial outputs that include all reports, history and charts of completed activities.
This application uses mobile devices to interact between the manager and the subordinates primarily in the "from the management" to a particular employee direction with the possibility of complementary communication in the form of messages between the two.
The structure of the SIR Xpert application is based on a connection from anywhere principle that is not dependent on a fixed installation on a PC station. Data that is gathered from traffic and technologies are stored on an external backup server, to which the manager connects through a management application. All manager-generated changes in tasks (via the reservation system interface and fault log) are performed in real time. Employees working on mobile devices are linked to a database on the same server where they share task information and work with them within the mobile application option. The approach of managers and workers is defined by their rights.
